Dashboards can be such a powerful tool. They can help you discover potential issues, investigate trends and give an overview of the performance. Despite this, dashboards could be useless if they are not designed well.

I have been designing complex, data-heavy web and mobile apps for the past 10 years. Furthermore, recently we were redesigning our operational dashboard so I want to share the steps we followed and what we learnt from that process and also share this free UI Kit that i created after.
